Our adult program is the ideal for anyone looking for physical fitness, self-defense training, improved confidence, better coordination, or just a place to have some fun while developing themselves physically and mentally! We offer specific classes for anyone over the age of 14 in order to provide practical application in your training. Many of our adult students have their children enrolled in classes and wanted to experience the benefits of the training for themselves.
